Sarah Burton Has Been Named Fashion Director For Alexander McQueen

Sarah Burton is the new creative director for Alexander McQueen, succeeding the label's founder. Burton was McQueen's right-hand woman and has been head of design for womenswear since 2000. She completedMcQueen's fall 2010 collection after the designer's death just weeks before the show.
