Jimmy Choo Celebrates 15th Annivesary With Sparkling Ad Campaign

To celebrate Jimmy Choo 15 anniversary founder and chief creative officer Tamara Mellon is launching an updated collection of the brand’s signature jeweled heels, tapping famed photographer Marilyn Minter to create a striking ad campaign for the vintage-inspired shoes. “I wanted to create a modern glamour that stands for the style and imagination of Jimmy Choo,” said Mellon in a statement. “I was inspired by vintage jewelery to add sparkling and luminous details to iconic Jimmy Choo shapes."

MTV The City maybe over but not Olivia. The actress/model is the star of Mango's new winter campaign alongside her German-born model boyfriend Johannes Huebl.

Olivia did her first UK cover shoot for retailer ASOS. Olivia look fab in sophisticated tones of camel, taupe and khaki from the ASOS A/W ’10 collection, but the result is more downtown street style than Park Avenue princess. As the lady says herself, "I’m trying to not always look 100% polished. Maybe have a bit more of an edgy look.” Because, as we learn, life isn’t all about wearing a pretty frock and climbing the social ranks.

Jennifer Lopez takes breaks during a photo shoot on the beach for Gucci to spend time with husband Marc Anthony and kids Max and Emme on Tuesday (July 13) in Malibu, Calif. Jennifer wore two different summer dresses during the shoot, but relaxed in a white robe while rolling around in the sand with her 2-year-old twins. BlackGlama Taps Janet Jackson For Fall 2010 Ad Campaign

Janet Jackson was photographed by Rocco Laspata of Laspata DeCaro, at the Milk Studios in New York. The campaign, which begins in September 2010, will span print, online and outdoor outlets. The ads will appear in Vanity Fair, W, Vogue, T Magazine and Harper’s Bazaar, as well as WWD and Style.com, in addition to the international editions of Vanity Fair, Vogue, Elle and Harper’s Bazaar. Blackglama will also mount a Times Square billboard at Broadway and 45th Street in September.

The singer will join the ranks of Diana Ross, Sophia Loren, Lauren Bacall, Elizabeth Taylor, Liza Minnelli and, more recently, Elle Macpherson and Elizabeth Hurley, as the newest face in the Blackglama advertising campaign, “What Becomes a Legend Most?”

Designer Missoni Uses Her Family Album For Spring & Summer 2010 Ad

Angela Missoni opted for a more personal campaign this season. Trading out models for her own family, Missoni turned to the talents of Juergen Teller to capture a certain intimacy that places her designs in a real world setting. As Missoni shared with WWD, “I wanted to highlight our reality and our lifestyle, which is reflected in our unique product and in the artisanal aspect. This campaign really reflects the mood I’m in these days, even from a design stance.” The campaign features Angela Missoni, her parents, her children Margherita, Teresa and Francesco, as well as her brother Vittorio Missoni’s siblings, Ottavio Junior, Marco and Giacomo.

Bulgari has just announced that actress Julianne Moore will be the face of its new Spring/Summer 2010 jewelry ads, set to debut in February. This campaign marks a new artistic direction for the jeweler, focusing less on the products and more on the feel of the brand and an overall Bulgari lifestyle, which the company describes as 'Eccentric Charisma.' I so love Bulgari jewelry.

H&M launched their holiday 2009 ad campaign featuring models Sasha Pivovarova, Missy Rayder, and Malgosia Bela. With plenty party attire, lots of metallic, shine and sequins! The jury is still out on this, to much to digest all at once. Love the hair, makeup, and accessories. I keep thinking about The Gap.
