The pricey brand Rock & Republic filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in New York this week. The company, which began in denim but now offers men’s and women’s apparel, shoes, accessories, eyewear, cosmetics, and even a pet line, will continue to operate business but will reorganize, looking to “ease pressure on its balance sheet.”
