Jenna Lyons Is Now The President And Creative Executive At JCrew One Of My Heros

The announcement came Wednesday morning that Tracy Gardner, current President of J. Crew, plans to step down. Jenna Lyons will take the role in addition to her Executive Creative Director duties. If you don't know Jenna Lyons google her!

Ms. Lyons was named Executive Creative Director in April 2010 and, before that, was Creative Director since 2007. Ms. Lyons joined J.Crew in 1990 as an Assistant Designer and has held a variety of positions within the Company, including Designer from 1994 to 1995, Design Director from 1996 to 1998, Senior Design Director in 1999, Vice President of Women?s Design from 1999 to 2005 and Senior Vice President of Women?s Design from 2005 to 2007.
