The New York City Opera's Theater Debut Celebration always promises to be a fabulous chic affair, tonight it's getting an extra dose of style power. Carolina Herrera will not only be attending the gala event at Lincoln Center's David H. Koch Theater, but the designer will also be dressing the evening's co-chair Julia Koch, and four of City Opera's Singers.
