Designer Stella McCartney gave birth to her fourth child late last night and is said to have had an emergency caesarean. The designer went into labor on Tuesday afternoon but had to undergo the procedure because of complications.The baby was reportedly born at The Portland Hospital in London. The sex of the baby has yet to be revealed, but mom and child are said to be doing just fine. The 38-year-old designer already has a 2-year-old son, Beckett, a 3-year-old daughter, Bailey, and a 5-year-old son, Miller, with her husband, Alasdhair Willis.
