   PR guru  Patrick McGregor had been hired as Donatella director of communications and PR for Versace, starting February 2. As vice president of PR at BCBG Max Azria for the past six years, McGregor played a significant role in the mass bandaging of Hollywood via the brand's redux of Herve Leger body-con dresses.
