Anna Wintour retired fashion week early, she was last spotted at Dior on Friday. The ice queen may have departed early, to deal with Vogue's budget cuts, the ice queen must cut cash flow by 25 percent for 2010.  Her plan must be completed in the next two days so changes can be implemented in a timely fashion (lol). Which means to pass out pink slips ASAP!
