Chloe Win 7.2 Million Lawsuit

Luxury label Chloe won a $7.2 million default judgment in a U.S. federal court infringement case against a Los Angeles supplier. The fashion company originally filed the suit against Mohammed Alexander Zarafshan in 2006 for allegedly supplying counterfiet goods to an online site. At first, Zarafshan was responsive, giving a deposition for the case, however he never answered the legal complaint in court, according to the site. -WWD
