Brian Atwood, the creative director for Bally, is said to be exiting the company. "Brian was informed of the decision a few days ago," said a person close to the negotiations. Atwood is expected to step down by the end of 2009, with a new creative director to be named shortly thereafter. A Bally spokesperson dismissed the exit talk: "Brian is still the Creative Director for Bally. -Dispatch
