Stella McCartney Emergency Caesarean Gave Birth To Her Fourth Child Last Night

Designer Stella McCartney gave birth to her fourth child late last night and is said to have had an emergency caesarean. The designer went into labor on Tuesday afternoon but had to undergo the procedure because of complications.

The baby was reportedly born at The Portland Hospital in London. The sex of the baby has yet to be revealed, but mom and child are said to be doing just fine. The 38-year-old designer already has a 2-year-old son, Beckett, a 3-year-old daughter, Bailey, and a 5-year-old son, Miller, with her husband, Alasdhair Willis.

Stella McCartney Collaborating With Target For The Second Time And Rodarte Will Create A Spring 2011 Collection For Opening Ceremony

Stella McCartney created a capsule collection for Target Australia three years ago. Now comes word she will create a second collection for Target Australia that will debut on October 29, 2010. Here is a first look at the 42-piece collection, to be sold in 102 Target stores and online from October 29. It ranges from $20 for a headband up to $299 for a silk dress and includes blazers, skinny jeans, tulip skirts, lace and satin blouses and some quite beautiful dresses.


WWD is reporting that Rodarte will be teaming up with their longtime retailers and friends Carol Lim and Humberto Leon from Opening Ceremony. This special collaboration will hit stores spring 2011 and will feature women's wear, shoes, handbags, eyewear, and hosiery, as well as men's wear.

Stella McCartney To Create Price Friendly Children Clothing Called "Stella McCartney Kids"

Stella McCartney will launch her own line of kidswear, called "Stella McCartney Kids" this November. The label will be sold online and at Stella McCartney boutiques around the world. "As a brand with many working parents in the team, I wanted to create a desirable, fun, wearable kids' collection that was affordable," McCartney told WWD. Prices will range from $25 for a baby tee to about $200 for a coat.

STELLA MCCARTNEY revealed yesterday she is expecting her fourth child with husband, the British publisher Alasdhair Willis. The 38-year-old designer is due to give birth later this year.

The couple already have two sons, five-year-old Miller, two-year-old Beckett and a daughter, three-year-old Bailey.

Paul McCartney Meat Free Taco Recipe

Paul McCartney: spicy refried bean tacos with Mexican corn bread

Paul McCartney Feeds 4-6

Ingredients

230g can refried beans

2 medium tomatoes, chopped

1 tbs olive oil

1 medium onion, chopped

1-2 tsp hot chilli sauce

4 taco shells

Cheddar cheese, grated

For garnish

Avocado, sliced

Sour cream

Lettuce, shredded

A squeeze of lime or lemon juice

For corn bread

1 free-range egg

2 tbsp olive oil

1-2 tbsp fresh hot chilli pepper, chopped

230g can sweetcorn, drained, or 2-3 fresh ears of corn, kernels cut off

110g crème fraiche or sour cream

230g yellow cornmeal

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp baking powder

460g grated cheese

Method

Gently fry the onions in 2 tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the refried beans. Add the chopped tomato and fry till heated through. Season to taste with chilli sauce and salt if desired.

Warm the taco shells as per the instructions on the packet and half-fill with the refried bean mixture. Top with grated cheese and shredded lettuce, garrnish with sliced avocado and sour cream.

To make the Mexican corn bread, beat the egg with the oil until blended. Add the chilli pepper. Stir in the corn, crème fraiche, cornmeal, salt, baking powder, and all but 110g of the cheese.

Pour into a 20cm square pan. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 40 minutes. Let cool slightly in the pan, than un-mould and serve warm.
