Designer Tory Burch who used to date Lance Armstrong, has switched from an athlete to an aesthete. The preppy blonde is now seeing Lyor Cohen, the Israeli-born chief of Warner MusicGroup, and they have been seen all over the place. Tory Burch Buys A New Home In Southhampton And Selling The Old Home In Southhampton For 17 Million
Fashion designer Tory Burch is selling her house in Southampton, N.Y., for $17.9 million, after agreeing to buy another home nearby. The 1980 oceanfront contemporary home on the market sits on 4.5 acres and measures 6,000 square feet. It has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a pool and 200 feet of ocean frontage. Tory Burch bought the property from her ex-husband, venture capitalist Chris Burch, for $22.5 million in July 2008, records show. Southampton officials then approved Tory Burch’s plans to tear down the home and replace it with a 7,100-square-foot, seven bedroom beach house. The property is being offered with the approved plans for a new house. In October, Tory Burch went into contract to buy a 25-room Georgian house in Southampton’s estate section.
Tory Burch Names Justin Giunta Design Director Of Jewelry
Tory Burch just named Justin Giunta her new design director of jewelry. Giunta launched his jewelry line Subversive in 2003 and has designed a collection for Target, but the Burch appointment is his first long-term gig with another label. His first Burch collection will debut for holiday-resort, allowing plenty of time to think of ways to make Burch's jewelry as popular as flats with giant metal plates.

Tory Burch To Guest Star On 'Gossip Girl'
Spotted: Tory Burch and Georgina Chapman filming cameos this week for the upcoming season of “Gossip Girl.”
The designers trekked to Silvercup Studios in Long Island City, N.Y., where they shot separate scenes for an episode that will air Oct. 5. While reps for the hit series are keeping their lips sealed about how Burch and Chapman figure into the plot, they did reveal that part of the show will take place on a set made to look like Burch’s office.
Although both designers frequently run into socially active cast members Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Taylor Momsen and Ed Westwick on the New York party circuit, they seemed to enjoy working with the stars in an official capacity. “I am a huge fan [of ‘Gossip Girl’],” said Chapman, who has also appeared in Weinstein Co. films “The Nanny Diaries” and “Factory Girl. Still, the Marchesa designer admitted, “I was very nervous [on-set].”
