Coroner Closes Investigation Into McQueen's Death Finds High Level Of Cocaine And Sleeping Pills In Blood Test

Dr. Paul Knapman, the London coroner, found a "significant level of cocaine" as well as sleeping pills and tranquilizer in McQueen's blood samples.

Dr. Knapman also released details of McQueen's suicide note. He said it was written on the back of the book, The Descent of Man. The letter ended with the sentence: "Please look after my dogs. Sorry, I love you. Lee."
