Supermodel Iman's Daughter Zulekha Haywood Was Dieting At Age 8
The daughter of Iman has spoken for the first time about her weight issues.
Zulekha Haywood, 31, described how hard it was growing up overweight alongside her slender fashion model mother. 'I have more or less been on a diet since I was eight years old. None of them worked,' she told Glamour magazine in the U.S.
'An overweight kid and already dining for sport, my first was the “basta” diet. At home, my mother, Iman, a beauty icon and devotee of clean eating, would whisper "basta" (“enough” in Italian) when I was in danger of overeating. 'The choice was always mine, and I usually put down the fork. But I also got hip to late-night snacking, raiding the refrigerator and cupboards after midnight.'

Tatiana von Furstenberg (daughter of Diane) movie Tanner Hall, had its New York premiere as part of the Gen Art Film Festival Monday night. The movie, is about the coming-of-age of four friends at an all-girl New England prep school, features school uniforms designed by Diane von Furstenberg. The film was acquired on Tuesday and will be released in the United States in the late Summer; it will also be shopped for international distribution at the Cannes Film Festival next month.
Gucci Will Launch Children Wear Line In 40 Stores
Today, Gucci announced its plan to unveil a new children’s line, first in Italy and then worldwide, eventually landing in about 40 stores. The news broke while Frida Giannini was in Singapore, where she visited the newly-renovated Gucci flagship on the Paragon Mall on Orchard Road. She has been honored with the naming of her own breed of orchid, which is the country's national flower.

Young Designer Alejandro Bulavsky Found Dead In Latex Suit And Mask
Alejandro Bulaevsky was found wearing a black suit (apparently of latex or some type of plastic) and a mask, his hands bound, a law-enforcement official said but there appeared to be no sign of a break-in, police said.
Alejandro Bulaevsky, 26, was last seen Sunday. Worried relatives summoned the building superintendent, who entered the apartment and discovered the gruesome scene. Bulaevsky was found wearing a black suit, apparently latex or some type of plastic, and a mask, his hands bound, a law enforcement official said.
